Club Atletico de Madrid was founded on 26th April 1903 by a group of students. “Athletic de Bilbao” was his team in “Basque country”, in the north of Spain. Moving to Madrid because of University, they formed “Atletico de Madrid”.
The Museum offers you the chance to take in many exhibits kindly donated by D. Pablo Ornaque (Important Spanish collector). Football supporters will learn about the beginnings of football as well as about Atletico history. Club Atletico de Madrid´s Museum is considerate one of the five best Sports Museum in the world thanks to all the important pieces that you will find in its cabinets.

Visitors could discover the sense, magic and culture of our Club through the valuables exhibited in the showcases. A Guided tour of Vicente Calderón will lead you into areas usually reserved only for the players.

Hours of operation
Museum: daily from 11:00am to 7:00pm, at your leisure.
Stadium Guided Tour: daily, 11:00am to 7:00pm, Match Days from 11:00am to the time of the match. December 24, 31, and January 5 from 11:00am to 2:00pm.
From July 4 to September 11, daily at 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm.

Approximately 45 minutes.

Tour departs from Gate 23 (in front of Paseo de los Melancólicos, 67).

The Stadium Tours are subject to alteration or cancellation without previous notice due to pre-match preparation Works within the stadium, without compensation or refund.
