Redemption office is open daily at 10:00am - 4:00pm, closed on December 25-26 and January 1.

The redemption point is currently Little BIG City, Panorama Strasse 1a, 10178, Berlin (Directions: By S-Bahn (tramcar) OR by U-Bahn (underground railway) - Alexanderplatz).

Participant restrictions
Child passes are for 6-14 year olds, 15+ year olds must get an adult pass.
