First Tour: 09:30am - 10:00am (varies on season).
Last Tour: 04:00pm - 05:00pm (varies on season).
Frequency: 15-30 minutes (Summer), 30-60 minutes (Winter).

Duration
Mermaid Route Approximately 80 minutes.
Christiania Route Approximately 45 minutes.
Carlsberg Route Approximately 30 minutes.

Policies
Cancellation: Unredeemed vouchers are fully refundable.
Guest has 3 months from selected date to redeem voucher for ticket.
