Hours of operation
Available daily departing at 11:45am, 12:45pm, 1:45pm, 2:45pm, 3:45pm and 4:45pm. Additional departures at 10:45am, 5:45pm, 6:45pm and 7:45pm from March 30 to April 15 and May 26 to September 2. Additional departures at 10:45am and 5:45pm on December 22-30. December 24 last cruise at 4:45pm and December 31 Last cruise at 1:45pm.
No tour departures on January 2- February 3 and December 25.

Location
River cruise departs from London Eye Millennium Pier.

Participant restrictions
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years and older.
Children under 3 years of age are free of charge, but do require a ticket. Please check in with ticket window staff to receive ticket for children under 3 years of age.

Policies
Cancellation: 2 days prior 100% penalty. No show 100% penalty.
