Starters Assortment: Scallops with smoked sauce, leek fondue; Country - style confit, toasted fusette bread; Duck foie gras, stewed toffee apple; Lightly creamed green asparagus coulis with chestnut flakes.
Main course: Braised chicken supreme, lentils with seasonal vegetables Or Cod loin, soft risotto with peas, fennel emulsion.
Desserts Assortment: Pear and whipped cream verrine, salted butter caramel coulis; Fondant chocolate biscuit and vanilla cream; Soft rice pudding, mango and pineapple tartare; Coffee mille-feuille and chocolate ganache, Joconde biscuit.
Drinks: Kir pétillant; 1/2 bottle of wine of soft drink.

Itinerary
Drive to the Orsay Museum in front off which the boarding point is located.
Boarding on the cruise boat of the Marina de Paris for a dinner ("Saveurs Menu") which will last around 2 hours.
Return by bus and drop-off near the hotels located in the center of Paris.

Additional Information
Casual Elegant dress code is required. Jacket and tie appreciated. Shorts pants, sportswear and sports shoes are forbidden.

Policies
Cancellation: 2 days prior 50% penalty, 1 day prior 100% penalty. No show 100% penalty.
Guests are required to present themselves at our agency at least 30 minutes before tour departure time for check-in.
Please note that check-in will close 10 minutes before tour departure time.
