Redemption instructions
A separate E-Ticket will be emailed to the guest within 72 hours after purchase. This E-ticket is required for entry into the attraction. E-Tickets are valid for redemption the date of purchase.

Policies
Guests are required to carry a hard copy of the E-Tickets downloaded needs to be presented at the Entrance to gain the entry.
All Cancellations made 3 days prior to the tour departure, NO charges will be applicable. If Cancellation made within 3 days to your tour departure, 100% charges will be applicable. Children under 3 years go for free.
