The tasting takes place in a typical and elegant wine bar located in the heart of Florence. A detailed explanation of the various flavors and background of the history is included.
Our tastings are limited to small groups, so we can guarantee an intimate and unique experience. Let’s enjoy some of the many delicious tastes of the Tuscany region.
The olive tree's roots are inextricably entwined with the culinary history of the region and this fascinating tasting experience is a voyage of discovery through the palette of Tuscan olive oils; from the spicy "olio novo" of the Chianti Classico up the Tyrrhenian Coast to the oil produced in the area around Bolgheri.
The tasting takes place in an enoteca called Obsequium, which is housed in the mediaeval Marsili Tower. The experience also includes a tasting of Balsamic vinegars from the area around Modena in Emilia Romagna, accompanied by a selection of typical cheeses and mustards.

Inclusion
3 different type of Tuscan Wines: Chianti classico, a Pure SanGiovese and a white wine; 2 types of Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil; Unripe apple segments to use during the tasting; Cheese (goat, sheep, cow, that each time will vary according to availability and combinations); Teaspoons, plates or any services related to the tasting.

Hours of operation
Available Tuesday to Saturday departing at 5:00pm. No tour departures on: January 1 & 6; April 1-2 & 25; May 1; June 2 & 24; All August; November 1; December 25, 26, 31.

Participant restrictions
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to join tour.

Cancellation: 7 days prior 30% penalty, 7 days prior 100% penalty. No Show 100% penalty.

This tour has a minimum of 2 passengers and a maximum of 12 passengers in order to operate.
The tour goes on rain or shine. Circumstances of exceptional character: Strikes, cancellations due to adverse weather conditions, war, civil or military strife, riots, natural disasters, sack, terrorist activity: these and similar others, constitute causes of force majored and are not chargeable to the carriers or the Organizer. If due to such causes, the Organizer will not be responsible for any possible extra costs borne by the traveler, and will not provide refunds for any services not used or provided.
