Hours of operation
Available: Daily from 9:00am to 4:30pm; Tours depart from boarding locations approximately every 30 minutes. Closed the last Friday and Saturday in October for Fantasy Fest; October 28 first tour departs at 10:00am.
Earnest Hemingway House and Museum is open daily, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Old Town Trolley Ticket Booth is located at Mallory Square, 303 Front Street, Key West, FL 33040. Nearest Intersection: Front Street and Whitehead Street.
eTicket holders may board at any of the following 13 stops/boarding locations:
(1) Mallory Square;
(2) Historic Key West Seaport -temporarily closed due to construction;
(3) Simonton Row - Simonton and Greene Street;
(4) La Concha Crowne Plaza;
(5) Bahama Village Market;
(6) Fairfield Inn;
(7) HTA Roosevelt Depot next to the Gates Hotel;
(8) Best Western Key Ambassador;
(9) East Martello Civil War Fort;
(10) Casa Marina Resort;
(11) Southernmost Trolley Stop;
(12) Truman Avenue & Duval Street;
(13) Angela & Duval Streets.

Parking is available at Mallory Square or The Westin Parking garage.

Upon confirmation of your tour, a TRUSTED TOURS e-ticket will be emailed to you. Please print and submit THIS voucher to the facility. Third party vouchers will not be accepted – Trusted Tours E-Tickets only.
Once E-ticket has been redeemed, Ticket is non-refundable.
Note: Your eTicket is good for all day use from 9:00am, with the last re-boarding at 4:30pm. If you chose to stay on the trolley, the tour is approximately 90 minutes. You may "hop on" and "hop off" as many times as you like during the hours of operation.
Reservations are not accepted and seating is on a first come, first served basis. Patrons with voucher/e-tickets can board at any Old Town Trolley boarding location.
A long-term road construction project may require adjustments to stop 6 and 7.
Cancellation: Always Nonrefundable.
