The Segway Experience Tour starts with a 30 minute orientation session at our premises. Once you feel comfortable riding the Segway we will start our journey to the historical center of town, where you will have the opportunity to visit all its important areas while listening to your guide.

Inclusion
Licensed tour guide or tour leader - English; Segway rental; 30 minute Orientation Session; Audio Guide; Helmet and Headphones; Ponchos in case of rain; Liability insurance.

Exclusion
We do not visit the inside of monuments and museums; Beverages; Souvenirs; Gratuities.

Hours of operation
Available daily departing at 9:30am and 2:30pm. No tour departures on: January 1; April 1; May 1; June 2; August 15; December 25.

Meeting Point: via dei CHIOSTRI #1, corner with via Ancona, Milan. About 5 minutes walking to Lanza-Brera Subway stop station.

Additional Information
It's highly suggested to wear flat footwear that protects your feet and provides good support (NOT high-heeled shoes).

Participant restrictions
SEGWAY Children Policy: The Segway is appropriate for virtually anyone between 14 and 70 of age, with a minimum of 145 cm (4,75 ft) of height and over 40 kilos (90 pounds) of weight.
Children under 18 years of age cannot take part of our tours alone. They must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
Please note that our staff will have the right to decline accepting your child without any obligation to refund you for her/his tickets.
The use of the Segway is NOT recommended for pregnant women.
Riders must be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without any assistance or use of a handrail. Riders need to be physically and mentally self-efficient.

Policies
Cancellation: 7 days prior 30% penalty, 3 days prior 100% penalty. No show 100% penalty.
This tour has a minimum of 2 passengers and a maximum of 10 passengers in order to operate.
The tour goes on rain or shine.
