This incredible marine park, opened in 2004 is a must see attraction in the Dominican Republic. The park features interactive programs with dolphins, sharks, stingrays, sea lions and exotic tropical birds. There are also different animal shows including the majestic tigers, activities such as Snorkel Reef and an educational program for children.

SEA LION ENCOUNTER: Our clients will have the opportunity to touch, feed, pamper and play with these wonderful animals. The sea lions show is a popular family favorite which receives excellent comments and feedback from our visitors. Come and see the way these friendly and funny animals interact and behave.

SHARK ENCOUNTER: This experience begins with a brief orientation, and then our expert trainers will accompany participants in the water, while entertaining and educating them about these swift intelligent creatures. Then they will have sharks on their lap, swim with them and live to tell about it!! This rare award-winning interactive program includes touching, petting, feeding and snorkeling with the sharks.

DOLPHIN ENCOUNTER: This is a unique opportunity to get to know our adorable dolphins up close and personal. Participants will sit and stand on a special platform with water up to their waist which makes this ideal for those who are not so confident in the water. Enjoy fun interactions that include touching, feeding and kissing the dolphins. A charming and educational treat for all ages.

DOLPHINS SWIM: For the majority of visitors, the greatest thing about visiting Ocean World is to have the opportunity to play with the beautiful Atlantic bottlenose dolphins. This Dolphin Swim experience starts with a short introduction about the dolphins where visitors learn about the behavior of the dolphins and discover how the Park trainers use signals and positive reinforcement to communicate with them. Next it's into the water and time to put your new found knowledge to use as you touch, kiss, hug, pet and feed the dolphins under the instruction of the professional trainers.

Participant restrictions
Pregnant woman will not be able to participate in these programs.
The programs are suitable for all ages but children from 0 to 10 years must be accompanied by a paying adult (2 children per adult). The child price applies from 4 to 12 years. Infants from 0 to 3 years may qualify for a free place but this must be requested at the time of booking.
A prior shower is required.
Participants must be able to swim and must use lifejackets (provided by Ocean World).
