Participant restrictions
Minimum age: 6 years old.
Maximum weight: 250 pounds.
This tour is not recommended for people with severe physical handicaps, heart condition and pregnant women. Those who have had recent surgery or individuals that suffer from claustrophobia, as well oversized individuals.
People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to take the tour.

Cancellation: 2 days prior 100% penalty. No show 100% penalty.
The following items cannot be taken inside the underground river: Caps, sunglasses, flip flops, watches, jewelry, photo or video cameras non water proof, bags, any object inside the swim suit.
Please confirm reservation 48 hours in advance with Olympus Tours Cancun office or see your Olympus Tours Representative at the hotel upon arrival.
