Hours of operation
Available every evening. Pick-up time is at 8:30pm in April-October (Summer) and at 7:00pm during November–March (Winter). Guests must be ready at least 15 minutes before departure. Pick-up times can vary plus or minus 15 minutes according to traffic conditions.
Closed March 31, June 21, July 14, December 24 & 31 + unforeseen events.
Please note: from June to August, part of the tour will take place in daylight.
Languages available: City Tour - (Summer April-October) English and Spanish daily; (Winter November-March) English, Spanish and Portuguese daily; French Sunday; Japanese Tuesday, Thursday; Chinese Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.

Hotel pick-up: Your hotel or apartment needs to be within Paris (postal code beginning with: 75). Guests must be ready in the hotel lobby, or in front of the main entrance of private apartments.

Policies
Cancellation: 2 days prior 50% penalty, 1 day prior 100% penalty. No show 100% penalty.
Guests are required to present themselves at our agency at least 30 minutes before excursion departure time for check-in if hotel is located outside the pick-up area.
Please note that check-in will close 10 minutes before excursion departure time.
