Cancellation: Unredeemed vouchers are fully refundable within one year of purchase. Nonrefundable after one year.
Vouchers must be redeemed within one year of purchase.
For the safety and security of us all, you may be asked to open your bags and suitcases before boarding. Any items, boxes or other containers left unattended, along with any suspicious behavior must be reported to the Bateaux Parisiens team.
