Hours of operation
Available daily departing at 10:00am year-round and 2:00pm from May - October 8. Please be ready 15 minutes prior the pickup schedule time.
No tour departures on January 1, April 21, May 6, August 5 and December 24-25.

Additional Information
Suggested Clothing: Comfortable clothing for the day including a warm shirt or outer layer. Walking shoes recommended.
An ideal tour for pre- and post-cruise passengers inclusive of luggage handling. Post-cruise passengers are picked up at Canada Place Pier and their luggage is secured on board the vehicle during the tour. Pre-cruise passengers with luggage are picked up at their hotel and enjoy their tour while we transfer their luggage direct from their hotel to the cruise terminal where the cruise terminal staff then delivers it right into their staterooms.

Guests must be comfortable taking at least three steps to enter and exit each of our vehicles.

Cancellation: 1 day prior 100% penalty. No show 100% penalty.
Hotel specific pick-up times are provided at time of booking.
Pick-up times are 1 hour and 30 minutes earlier at Richmond (Airport) hotels.
