XPLOR is located about 35 miles south of Cancun Airport and 4 miles south of Playa del Carmen.

Additional Information
Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
Bring a bathing suit, towel, cash, biodegradable sunscreen (available for purchase at the park), mosquito repellant, a hat and a camera.

Participant restrictions
It is very important to reconfirm Child´s age when booking this tour, if the child is:
From 5 to 11 years old, Child rate will apply. Children must show ID at the Park's ticket office to prove age.
Children from 12 years old will pay adult rate will apply.
Children under 5 years old not paying a tour ticket will share seat with parents on the bus.
Child must have 8 years old to do the zip line activities.
This tour is not recommended for people with severe physical handicaps, heart diseases, pregnant women, claustrophobic or asthma.
Zip lines have a weight limit of 300 pounds per person.
People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to take the tour.

Cancellation: 2 days prior 100% penalty. No show 100% penalty.
